Holy Week and Easter

3rd Apr 2020

Holy Week is a very special time in the Christian year and at school we spend a few weeks learning all about what happened in the lead up to Easter Sunday. Have a look at the following website and video clip which explains the Easter Story:

For Holy Week crafts you can make at home see the following website:

Some ideas for what you could do at home:

  • create a poster for each special day during Holy Week
  • create a storyboard for Holy week
  • make some crafts
  • retell the story in your own words either in writing or orally

Here is a link to the latest Parish Bulletin and Parish website where the webcam can be found.

Everyone can watch Mass during Holy week via the parish webcam and keep Fr Alexander company. Keep praying for those people who are sick and for all the NHS nurses and doctors who are working hard during this time. Please also remember to make an extra special effort this week with your Lenten promises and with helping out at home.
We wish everyone a wonderful, holy and safe Easter.
