Competition if anyone would like to take part.

Dear Principal, 

My Name is Nonglak McFadden and I am the Founder of Playzeez, premium backpacks for kids, based in Garvagh, Northern Ireland.

Given the current Covid-19 situation I have been trying to think of ways that I could help parents and Kids with fun, and educational activities, as I am aware lots of parents are crying out for little projects to keep their children entertained during the quarantine within their homes.

We had planned to run a competition in schools within the local community until the pandemic broke out and made that impractical.  We had a small list of schools wanting to participate and we were in the process of bridging contact with more schools in the upcoming weeks. Now I have come up with a way that we can run our little “Arts and Crafts Competition” via our website, but we would need help from the local schools to put the word out to parents.

I would just like to reach out to you, to find out if you would be interested in sharing this fun and educational project, which I think pupils will love based on the information below.

Bring Your Backpack Design to Life Competition

We want the children to draw their own backpack, which we have created a template for on our website.  We have laid this out in a simple and effective way so it will be easy for parents to understand and kids to take part in.

The 1^st place prize will be the backpack they have designed brought to life, based on their drawing.  This will be an exclusive backpack, the one and only one in the world.

There will be further prizes given to the kids that place in our top 10 for their drawings. 

The Educational aspect:

1. Kids will get to express themselves through drawing and creative design & writing.
2. We will be showing the process of how we make a backpack, from the development stage, selecting materials and components and how the bag is manufactured in the Factory.
3. For engagement for your social media platforms and your website you will be able to show all of your pupil’s drawings and the process of how we manufacture a backpack.  All of which would be a fantastic blog for your school’s website.   

We want you to be comfortable and reassured that this will be run in a professional manner and to the very best of our team’s ability. We currently have a few schools on board, and we hope that you will be a part of our “Bring Your Backpack Design to Life” campaign.
