Congratulations to the girls from P4-7 who played extremely well today in the cluster schools Netball event. We hosted St Patrick's Saul and St Joseph's Killough. We were on the fourth match when the rain came lashing down and wouldn't stop. Saul had two teams and we started off with Saul 1 verses Ballycruttle.
Ballycruttle won the first match which was an amazing start.
Next up was Killough verses Saul 2 and Killough won that game.
Saul 1 then played Saul 2 and we had only completed three minutes of the Ballycruttle verses Killough game with one point each when we had to call it quits with the rain!
We were all disappointed at not getting to continue but everyone had a go at playing and each player received a participation medal from Netball NI. Four players, one from each team also won a Water bottle and drawstring bag as being the most outstanding player from their team. Well done to Annie Rose who won for Ballycruttle.
Fantastic teamwork from everyone today and we are super proud of our team of girls. Well done to you all.
